DESCRIPTION:
The following is a small private apartment renovation, located in the center of Rome. The owner desired to redesign the entrance and hallway in order to make them more comfortable and spacious. The proposal was to demolish part of the wall that separated the main entrance from the dining room and insert a Wenge wood cabinet along the hallway. We also added a, Wenge wood, sliding wall to separate the hallway from the living room. Special attention was given to the paving of the entire apartment. Furthermore, we preserved parts of the fine marble flooring, that alternated with a new walnut parquet floor: a sort of rug that linked together the rooms, and runs into the renovated bedroom. Finally, we designed a bathroom for guests in order to repurpose the existing bathroom into the master. |
